2. Trademark ownership and commercial representation
Sarahkeer® is a registered trademark owned by Sarahkeer International Trading Co LLC, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
SK Beauty Europe SL acts as the exclusive representative and official distributor of Sarahkeer® in the European Union, under the exploitation and commercial representation agreements signed with the brand owner.
Sarahkeer develops its own beauty proposal that combines perfume, natural cosmetics and care rituals, with a brand universe born between Dubai and Barcelona.
3. Object and scope of application
These Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between SK Beauty Europe SL and users who make purchases through Sarahkeer.com.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the customer.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. The terms and conditions applicable to each purchase will be those in effect on the date the order is placed.
4. Purchase process
To make a purchase on Sarahkeer.com, the user must:
- Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
- Review the contents of the order.
- Complete the billing, shipping, and contact information.
- Select the available payment method.
- Confirm purchase.

6. Prices and payment methods
All prices shown on Sarahkeer.com are expressed in euros (€) and include, where applicable, legally applicable taxes.
Shipping costs, where applicable, will be shown itemized before you finalize your purchase.
Sarahkeer accepts secure payment methods through verified gateways. These may include credit and debit cards and other systems enabled at any given time during the checkout process.
Payment will be processed upon order confirmation.

7. Shipping, order preparation and delivery times
Sarahkeer ships to Spain, most European and other international destinations, provided they are enabled during the purchase process.
The usual delivery time is 7 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country, the type of product requested and the logistical conditions applicable in each case.
In certain orders, some products may require specific preparation, conditioning or presentation processes before shipment, which is part of Sarahkeer's brand experience and operating model.
Once the order has been dispatched, the customer will receive an email with tracking information, when available.
Sarahkeer will not be responsible for delays resulting from causes beyond its control, including carrier incidents, errors in data provided by the customer, customs, local holidays, force majeure or extraordinary logistical circumstances.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer and user regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing atc@sarahkeer.com, indicating at least:
- Order number.
- Customer name.
- Products you wish to return.
For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned:
- Unused.
- Unopened, when its nature so requires.
- In its original packaging.
- In perfect condition.
For reasons of hygiene, health and consumer protection, Sarahkeer may refuse returns of unsealed, opened or tampered products where legally required.
Unless otherwise stated or there is an error attributable to Sarahkeer, the direct costs of return will be borne by the customer.
9. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and verified to meet the required conditions, Sarahkeer will issue the corresponding refund within approximately 3 to 7 business days.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Sarahkeer may withhold reimbursement until it has received the goods or until the customer has provided sufficient proof of their return, whichever occurs first.
10. Legal guarantee
