Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Spain, most European countries, and several international destinations.
You can check the available countries and shipping options during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The usual delivery time is 7 to 10 working days, depending on the destination country and the type of product requested.

In some cases, some of our products are prepared specifically for each order. This allows us to better control the presentation, optimize processes, and offer a more consistent and detail-oriented brand experience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total order amount.

We offer free shipping on orders over €20 in Spain. For other destinations, the minimum order amount may vary depending on the region and will always be displayed before you confirm your purchase.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our facilities, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link so you can check the shipment status at any time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Is it safe to pay at SARAHKEER?

3. Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return, in accordance with applicable regulations.

For the return to be accepted, the product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging, in perfect condition.

How do I make a return?

You must write to us at atc@sarahkeer.com indicating:

  • Order number.
  • Product you wish to return.
  • Reason for return.

Our team will respond with instructions to complete the process.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition, we will process the refund within approximately 3 to 7 business days.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Where are the products manufactured?

Our products are developed and manufactured in Europe, following cosmetic quality standards and European regulations.

Sarahkeer was born between Dubai and Barcelona: Dubai represents the origin and inspiration of the brand, and Barcelona its development and projection in Europe.

In certain cases, products are prepared specifically for each order, which allows for process optimization and reduces unnecessary overproduction.

Where can I find the ingredients of a product?

Each product page contains the available information about ingredients and composition.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

If a product is temporarily out of stock, you can activate the restocking alert option on its product page, if available, or contact us to check its expected return date.

No. You can make your purchase as a guest without creating an account.
