2. Trademark Ownership and Commercial Representation
Sarahkeer® is a registered trademark owned by Sarahkeer International Trading Co LLC , based in Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
Sk Beauty Europe SL is its exclusive representative and official distributor in the European Union, acting under a commercial exploitation rights assignment agreement.
3. Purchase Process:
The user selects products, adds them to the cart, and completes the purchase using the form. Payments are accepted via Stripe.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
All prices include VAT. Payments are made by bank card through Stripe (secure environment).
5. Shipping and Delivery Times
Orders are shipped within 24 to 72 business hours. We ship to Spain and other EU countries. Shipping costs are shown before you confirm your purchase.
6. Right of withdrawal.
The consumer has 14 calendar days to withdraw from the purchase, without needing to provide a reason. To exercise this right, they must send an email to atc@sarahkeer.com indicating the order number.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Guarantees
In accordance with current legislation, the products are covered by a legal guarantee of 2 years.

9. Customer Opinions and Reviews
Sarahkeer.com offers its customers the possibility of leaving reviews on purchased products, with the aim of providing useful information to other users and contributing to the transparency of the store.

The reviews posted are solely from customers who have made an actual purchase through Sarahkeer.com. Requests to leave a review are sent automatically only after the order has been delivered, via the email address provided by the customer.
We reserve the right not to publish reviews that contain offensive language, inappropriate content, or evidence of falsehood or duplication.
9.2. Incentivized Reviews
In some cases, customers may receive an incentive (for example, a discount coupon for their next purchase) in exchange for leaving a review. These incentives are awarded simply for participating and do not influence the content, rating, or tone of the review.
