Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all of Europe and several countries worldwide. You can see the full list during the checkout process.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. In Spain, shipments arrive within 24-72 business hours. In the rest of Europe, between 3 and 7 days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the country and order amount. We offer free shipping on orders over €70.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and the carrier's link.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

3. Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?

Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed within 3-7 business days.

Are the products you sell original?

Yes, all our products are 100% original, new, and come from official wholesalers or directly from the brands.

What happens if a product is out of stock?

You can set up an alert on the product page to be notified when it becomes available again.

Where can I find the ingredients of a product?

Each product page lists the ingredients, or you can contact us if you have a specific allergy or concern.

Do I need to register to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. But we recommend registering to track orders, save favorites, and get exclusive benefits.

Can I modify or cancel an order?

We can only modify or cancel an order if it hasn't been prepared for shipment yet. Please contact us as soon as possible.

In what languages ​​is the store available?

You can browse in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, and Portuguese. We'll be adding more soon.

In what currency are the prices displayed?

All prices on SARAHKEER are shown in euros (€) , as this is the common currency in most of the European countries where we operate. If you are purchasing from outside the Eurozone, the charge will be automatically converted to your local currency by your bank or payment method.
