1. Shipping and Delivery

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to Spain, most European countries, and several international destinations .
You can check the available countries and shipping options during the checkout process before finalizing your order.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The usual delivery time is 7 to 10 working days , depending on the destination country.

This is because many of our products are prepared specifically for each order , including conditioning and packaging customization processes before shipping. This allows us to offer a more refined brand experience and products prepared with greater attention to detail.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number .

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the order amount .

We offer free shipping on orders of €20 or more within Spain. For other destinations in certain regions, the shipping cost is €70. The exact shipping cost will always be displayed before you confirm your order.

How can I track my order?

When your order leaves our facilities you will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link so you can check the status of the shipment at any time.

3. Returns and Refunds

Can I return a product if I'm not satisfied?

Yes. You have 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request a return.

The product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging , in perfect condition.

How do I make a return?

You must write to us at atc@sarahkeer.com indicating:

  • Product you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Our team will send you step-by-step instructions for processing the return.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive the product and verify that it is in good condition, we will process the refund within approximately 3 to 7 business days .

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
