0. Brand identity and relationship between entities

“Sarahkeer” is a registered trademark in Dubai by SARAHKEER INTERNATIONAL TRADING CO. LLC .
“The Company” is SK BEAUTY EUROPE, SL , a Spanish entity that operates commercially under the Sarahkeer brand and manages this PR Program.

1. Object

The PR Program consists of sending product(s) for testing to selected creators, with the aim of facilitating the creation of
content related to the Sarahkeer brand and/or the Ainira perfume, under these conditions.

2. Nature of the collaboration

There is no employment or agency relationship between the creator and the Company.
There are no commissions or financial compensation for sales derived from PR content, unless a different model is agreed in writing.
Participation is subject to approval and may be revoked in the event of non-compliance, reputational risk, or internal criteria.

3. Product PR

If the request is approved, the Company may send, subject to availability and editorial discretion, products for testing and content creation,
which may include:

Ainira (in discovery, travel or 100 ml format), and/or
Other beauty products available at Sarahkeer (for example: cosmetics, skincare, makeup, fragrances, haircare and/or accessories).

The selection may take into account the personal preferences indicated by the creator (for example: olfactory tastes,
skin sensitivity, needs or products to avoid), without this implying an obligation on the part of the Company to send
a specific product or a minimum volume.

Shipping will be to addresses in Spain. The Company may modify the products shipped based on stock, promotions, and logistics.

4. Content and transparency

The creator agrees to identify the content as a collaboration / PR / gift where appropriate according to the platform and applicable regulations.
False or unverifiable claims about the product, its performance, duration, ingredients, or properties are prohibited.
Spam, bots, buying engagement, fake reviews, or deceptive practices are prohibited.
Publication of the code on coupon websites/channels, deals or mass discounts is prohibited without express written permission.

5. Personal discount code

The Company may assign a personal -15% discount code for the creator's audience. This code:

It's a discount for customers.
It does not generate commissions for the creator within the PR Program.
It cannot be published on mass discount platforms without permission.
It may be subject to anti-fraud limits (e.g., 1 use per customer) if necessary.

6. Brand usage and reposting

The Company grants a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use approved materials solely for the purposes of this collaboration.
The creator authorizes The Company to organically repost/share the content with attribution, unless they deny it in writing
before or after publication.
Impersonating official channels or using logos/creative materials as if the creator were an official channel of the Company is not allowed.

7. Data protection

The data is processed to manage the application, delivery, and relationship related to the PR Program. It is not shared with third parties except when legally required
or with suppliers necessary for delivery and operation.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law. Jurisdiction: Granollers (Barcelona), unless otherwise required by law.
